Client Advocate

Net Health seeks a team-oriented, creative, and motivated individual to join our Client Services Team as a Client Service Advocate. This position plays a key role in client support for our partners across the country. The qualified candidate will act as a liaison with clients and the Client Service Team to triage client support requests, as well as document and communicate the requests, solve basic software issues, refer more complex problems to the appropriate person and handle resolution and follow-up of any client issue.

Required skills:
  • Strong organizational and problem solving skills
  • Customer service-oriented attitude with the ability to maintain good on-going relationships with clients
  • Quick understanding of software programs
  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Internet browser operations as well as Microsoft Office Professional(including email) proficiency
  • Strong phone skills
  • U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Residency required
