Net Health Systems Honored by Inc. Magazine - Inner City 100 Selection for Second Consecutive Year
PITTSBURGH, PA (May 2, 2008) – Net Health Systems, Inc., a provider of integrated software for wound management throughout the care continuum, today announced it has been recognized as one of the 100 fastest growing inner-city companies in the U.S. for the second consecutive year.
Extraordinary growth is the predominant trait of the Inner City 100, a ranking created by Inc. Magazine and the Initiative for a Competitive Inner City (ICIC). With five year revenue growth in excess of 302%, Net Health ranks 44th on the 2008 Inner City 100, a compilation of more than 6,500 company submissions nationwide, the largest in the ten year history of the program.
“We are pleased to have again received this coveted designation from Inc. Magazine and the Initiative for a Competitive Inner City,” said Patrick Colletti, Net Health Systems president. “We are proud to be one of thirteen Pittsburgh companies to have achieved Inner City 100 designation, and only the eighth multi-year local recipient, in the ten year history of the program.”
“We are delighted to celebrate businesses like Net Health Systems that are playing a critical role in urban communities throughout the country,” said David G. Latimore, president and chief executive officer of the Initiative for a Competitive Inner City. “These high-growth businesses help create jobs, income, and wealth for local residents, and they prove our belief that the most effective way to create economic equality in America’s inner cities is to focus on sustainable business growth and investment.”
